1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website demo.ofelialifecoach.com (the "Site") and engaging in life coaching services provided by Ofelia Zambrano ("Coach"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. The Coach is not a licensed medical professional, and coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.

3. Client Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results made during and after the coaching program. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment for coaching programs must be completed as agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, videos, and content provided during the coaching program or on the Site are the intellectual property of Ofelia Zambrano and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
