Meet Ofelia
Reinvention isn’t starting over. It’s learning how to grow with life.
I’m Ofelia Zambrano, a Certified Health & Life Coach and trained Clarity Catalyst Teacher.
Reinvention has been a constant throughout my life. I’ve reinvented myself many times: learning new careers, developing new skills, stepping into unfamiliar spaces, and adapting when life asked something different of me.
Through those experiences, I’ve come to believe that one of the most important skills we can develop is the ability to adapt without losing who we are.
I’m passionate about health, wellness, and personal development, and that passion shaped my vision to help others live healthier lives, in the best way possible for them.
I’ve facilitated health, money, and spiritual coaching sessions with clients who’ve walked away genuinely happy with their results. I also teach Clarity Catalyst, an 8-week experience in mindfulness and emotional intelligence, to kids, teens, and adults in small groups or one-on-one.
My philosophy
I often think of the bamboo tree: deeply rooted, yet flexible enough to move with the wind. Its strength isn’t in resisting every storm. It’s in knowing how to bend without breaking.
I believe we can learn to live the same way.
Change is inevitable. But when we become more self-aware, challenge the beliefs that keep us stuck, and learn to trust ourselves, change can become an opportunity to grow rather than something to fear.
That philosophy is at the heart of my coaching. Through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and practical tools, I help people gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and confidently navigate what comes next.
Stay rooted in who you are.
Be flexible enough to become who you’re meant to be.

Beyond coaching
Outside of coaching, I love HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Pilates, which I practice regularly. I live in Davie, Florida, surrounded by nature. I also love reading, listening to music, playing guitar, and staying positive and at peace so I can inspire that in others.
